High School Students
Southern Illinois University admits freshman applicants who have graduated from high school. We do make exceptions for students participating in our High School Concurrent Enrollment program and for those who have earned the G.E.D.
You should apply well in advance of the term you want to attend. To get your application on the priority review list, all application materials are due by December 1.
At SIU, we don’t let obstacles stand in your way. Find out more about admission for undocumented students and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
