Who are the SIUC Student Telecounselors

We are a group of current SIUC students who work with Undergraduate Admissions, and we are here to help new or prospective students with any questions you may have. We are called Student Telecounselors, because we give most in-coming students at one or more telephone calls while they’re trying to make those all important college decisions. We are a diverse group coming to SIUC from different parts of Illinois and even other states and, sometimes, countries. Having lived in all areas of campus and the surrounding area, we now feel at home in Carbondale. We have taken a wide array of undergraduate classes and represent many majors among us. All of us were once new students here and would like to share our experiences with you or your family.
