SIUC Off-Campus Receptions
Before you come for a visit to our beautiful campus, you may want to attend an Off-Campus Reception to learn more about what SIUC has to offer you.
Representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid, University Housing, and selected other academic areas will be on hand to answer questions for perspective students, to accept completed applications for admission to SIUC, and to encourage visitors to make that trip to Carbondale for an individual visit or to attend an Open House. These events are geared toward giving you enough information about SIUC to whet your appetite for more!
SIUC Off-Campus Receptions include:- Individual admissions counseling.
- An opportunity to complete the undergraduate application for admission and to turn in academic credentials.
- Access to experts on financial assistance and housing options.
- Selected college/academic representatives will also be on hand to answer questions. Please contact Pam Wilkins at 618/453-2992, or by e-mail at pamwilks@siu.edu to find out which colleges/departments will be attending.
To pre-register for an off-campus reception, please submit the off-campus reception pre-registration form. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to those who pre-register beginning one-month prior to the date of the off-campus reception date.
2007-2008 Off-Campus Reception Schedule:- Sunday, March 2, 2008, programs offered at your choice of either 1:00p.m. - 2:50p.m., or 3:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.

Pre-registration closes four business days before the date of the off-campus reception, and those who did not pre-register are welcome to register on-site on the day of the event.
